Finance   

Directly supported the development of institutional budgets ranging from $20 to $76 million. Oversaw individual departmental budgets ranging from $600,000 to several million. Led the acquisition and administration of grants up to $2 million and supported the achievement of a $50 million economic impact. Served as key contributor in the development of a board-level best-in-class institutional dashboard.

Contract Work

Through her LLC, Pamela has been hired as a contract CEO for a global digital news startup; conducted a fundraising assessment and full shop reorganization for a major healthcare organization; provided transition, strategic, and fundraising planning for non-profits; and has been hired to deliver leader-manager training to numerous corporations, 501(c)(3) organizations, and educational institutions.

Marketing

Oversaw corporate website relaunches, institutional rebrands, analytics and dashboard development, viral PR campaigns, integrated marketing communication plans, social media engagement strategies, leadership communication plans, advertising plans, and more.

 Philanthropy

Personally raised millions in major gifts; led multi-million-dollar campaigns for scholarships, endowments, and capital projects; built sustainable annual funds; effectively integrated predictive modeling and data analysis; developed employee and trustee giving programs; oversaw planned giving and stewardship departments.

Publishing

Produced three books through traditional publishing contracts including a novel, a children's book, and a fundraising industry text. Self-published two books including a poetry book and a reflective essay. Has written for and been featured in Advancing Philanthropy Magazine, the Chronicle of Philanthropy and the Wiley Journal Fundraising Success. Appeared on blogs and podcasts.

Speaking and Training

Delivered over 60 conference keynotes and workshop sessions throughout the United States. Personally wrote, created, and delivered a 12-week, fully digital training program to an international audience. Ranked as a top presenter by multiple conferences. Co-founded Leadership Allegany (an award-winning adult leadership training program). Hired for repeat engagements for various institutes, taught college courses, and served as a leader-in-residence at a University.
